RESOLUTION BY THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMITTEE ADOPTING A DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE HIGHWAY 11
CORRIDOR

WHEREAS, the Community Development Authority hired Ayers Associates, Inc. to
create a development plan for the Highway 11 corridor in Tax Increment District #4; and

WHEREAS, the Community Development Authority and members of the public
participated in various planning sessions to assist Ayers Associates, Inc to create a Village of
Sturtevant Development Plan for the Highway 11 corridor; and

WHEREAS, the Community Development Authority endorsed the Village of Sturtevant
Development Plan on May 31, 2018; and

WHEREAS, the Village Board would like to move forward with adopting the Village of
Sturtevant Development Plan for the Highway 11 Corridor.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Sturtevant Board of
Trustees hereby adopts the Village of Sturtevant Development Plan for the Highway 11
corridor, as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County, Wisconsin,
this 17th day of July, 2018.
