2019 Cinco de Mayo Celebration

The ECHO organization’s Annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration is one
of our main fundraiser events, it is aimed at preserving our Mexican
heritage. The celebration creates an environment that values diversity,
fosters teamwork and respect in the Elmore County community. Over
the years it has become a welcomed and anticipated event.

This year’s venue will be held at the Mountain Home Carl Miller
Park, Saturday, May 4th, 2019. The event time is 12 noon to 8 pm.

We have schedule live entertain-
ment, folkloric dancers and a

jalapeno eating contest.
