Principles of social science
The system of segregation and legalized racism against black Americans within the United States through slavery, and the later implementation of Jim Crow Laws, was the framework behind Nazi Germany’s similar policies for their Jewish population from 1941-1945. The legalization of segregation in the southern United States were copied by Nazi Germany during the Second World War. The laws oppressing black Americans- legalizing lynching, mass murder, and many causing the inability to reach equal ground- were a great inspiration for the laws imposed on Jews in Nazi Germany.
