Pakistan is a nation that has long been played by its post-colonial history. Due to the fact that the country was established as an inherently religious state many problems began to plague the modern state as it attempted to transition from Colonial many problems began to plague the modern State as it attempted to transition from Colonial provenance to Modern nation-state. However this transition would be an uphill battle as the nation of Pakistan itself he's incredibly incompatible with the idea of a western nation state. The nation of Pakistan is a fabricated nation made by the British Empire leaving the country itself, and while it is not entirely fair to contribute the founding of Pakistan to the British its creation would undoubtedly not have happened without them. The name Pakistan is actually an acronym for the main provinces that make up the country of Pakistan.5 This includes Punjab, Afgania, Kashmir, Sindh, and Balochistan. While this name itself was created by one Cambridge university student Rahmat Ali, it is still interesting to note that the name of the country itself is not something the people themselves feel connected to but is a manufactured combination of multiple ethnic groups and languages. This directly plays into how the country itself struggles at attempting to create a modern western nation state as there was not an established Pakistani identity with longstanding history and shared culture. This issue is at heart an issue that traces back to the partition of the entire subcontinent, and while it is easy to simply
