             Class Changes

             ♦  Zumba has been removed from the class lineup.

             ♦  Total Body Conditioning is moving to 9:00 a.m. on Tuesdays and
                 Thursdays.


             Helpful Class Tips


             ♦  Name your device.  If you are attending a Zoom class on your
                 computer, iPad, phone, etc. please set it to read your full name so the
                 instructor can identify you as a resident of The Club.  If you need
                 assistance with this please call 916-771-7801.
             ♦  Log-in on time or even 5 minutes early.  If you try to attend a class 5-
                 10 minutes past the start time the instructor has probably already
                 started the warm-up and may no longer be available to let you into
                 class.
             ♦  Have water available and wear proper attire to stretch and move in.

             ♦  Watch your limits, talk to your instructor and have fun!
