This year, two events were held to raise funds in support of the local community.
On February 18, 116 players competed in the tournament
at the Shadow Wood Country Club’s South course
resulting in $22,000 raised. The event was sponsored by FineMark Bank with golfers having the opportunity to win prizes for closest to the pin and longest drive.
Also, in conjunction with the Shadow Wood Country Club, $36,000 was raised through from members providing donations for golf tee markers. These contributions helped provide meals to families through programs at St. Matthews and Harry Chapin Food Bank.
Rockin’ on the Range
Offering a social distanced concert to all Shadow Wood Residents, Clark Barrios and the Atlantic City Boys performed on February 1 at the Shadow Wood Country Club golf range.
The concert, sponsored by Hotwire, resulted in more than 270 tickets sold.
