a- Explore the Alem Corridor according to the
following architectural variables for an inclusive
project: accessibility, sustainability, urban
equipment, public uses.
b- Connect all Vigil buildings on the Alem
Corridor.
c- Inquire Perkins Passage and the vacant lot of
Vigil Library as potential public space open to
the community:
* Floor project,
* Urban Façade project on the south dividing
Wall of the library.
