27 to two extremes.
Rosario, Argentina.

This workshop explores, from the urban project, both
headwaters of 27 de Febrero Blvd. Towards the east,
in its contact with the Paraná river, the CUR in high
level, and the contact with the port in low level;
towards the west, in its encounter with the
Circunvalación avenue and the dispersion of the city.
The explorations in one place and in another,
propose to reflect on the potentialities of each
situation, in its relation with the urban and territorial
scale.
