they may be also one in vs, that the worlde may that it was expedient that one man should die

that thou gauest me, I haue giuen them, that they Iesus, and another disciple, and that disciple was
may be one, as we are one, 23 I in them, and thou knowen of the hie Priest: therefore he went in
inmee, that they may bemade perfectinone, and with Iesus into the hall of the hie Priest: 16 But
that the worlde may knowe that thou hast sent Peter stood at the doore without. Then went out
mee, and hast loued them, as thou hast loued me. the other disciple which was knowen vnto the hie
24 Father, I will that they which thou hast giuen Priest, and spake to her that kept the doore, and

mee: for thou louedst me before the foundation of this mans disciples? He sayd, I am not. 18 And

stoode with them. 6 Assoone then as hee had his cousin whose eare Peter smote off, saide, Did
saide vnto them, I am hee, they went away not I see thee in the garden with him? 27 Peter

backewardes, and fell to the grounde. Then he then denied againe, and immediatly the cocke
asked them againe, Whome seeke yee? And they crewe. 28 Then led they Iesus from Caiaphas into
sayd, Iesus of Nazareth. 8 Iesus answered, I said the common hall. Nowe it was morning, and they
vnto you, that I am he: therefore if ye seeke me, themselues went not into the common hall, least

let these go their way. This was that the worde they should be defiled, but that they might eate
might be fulfilled which hee spake, Of them the Passeouer. 29 Pilate then went out vnto them,
which thou gauest me, haue I lost none. 10 Then and said, What accusation bring yee against this
Simon Peter hauing a sword, drewe it, and smote man? 30 They answered, and saide vnto him, If
the hie Priests seruant, and cut off his right eare. hee were not an euill doer, we woulde not haue
Nowe the seruants name was Malchus. 11 Then deliuered him vnto thee. 31 Then sayde Pilate
sayde Iesus vnto Peter, Put vp thy sworde into vnto them, Take yee him, and iudge him after
the sheath: shall I not drinke of the cuppe which your owne Lawe. Then the Iewes sayde vnto him,
my Father hath giuen me? 12 Then the bande and It is not lawfull for vs to put any man to death.
