 Evaluating tenders flows naturally from specification and budgeting into the project management

 phase. Organisations who process tenders in house also sometimes need a second opinion to
 finalise budgets before embarking on the build phase of a project.



 Understanding and comparing tender responses is rarely straightforward and can be incredibly

 time-consuming.  If required, we can take ownership of the process.  Starting with inviting
 companies to register their interest, filling in pre-qualification questionnaires, through to producing

 a final report to enable you to make a well-informed decision.



 A well managed tender evaluation will produce an unambiguous fixed price from which to carry
 out works. Production of an outline schedule during this process will also inform the project team

 of potential time scales thereby supporting the internal planning of your project.
