        Contract administration helps to avoid legal disputes and unforeseen expense and ensures

        that works are completed to an expected level of finish and to programme.



        Once employed we would ensure that you only pay for works completed at each stage of the
        project. We will carry out valuations on the percentage of works complete and issue valuation

        certificates to cross reference with supplier invoices thereby protecting you from unnecessary
        expenditure.



        Contract administrators can also control the cost of dilapidations when you are vacating

        existing premises.  We will negotiate costs down by ensuring value for money. Landlords can
        choose to reduce their initial offer or we can guide you through the works to ensure the lowest

        value to the works.
