Connecting to an external display

You can connect your tablet to an external display, such as a TV or monitor, and view
presentations or movies on the connected display. Connect your tablet to an external display
using a DeX Cable. You can view your tablet’s content on the connected screen.

• DeX Cable is sold separately.
• Use only a Samsung-approved DeX Cable. Performance problems and

malfunctions caused by using unapproved accessories are not covered by the
warranty.

1 Plug a tablet connector into the multipurpose jack on the tablet.

2 Connect the HDMI connector to a TV or monitor’s HDMI port.

Your tablet’s screen will appear on the connected screen.
