Jacob Hamblin (April 6, 1819 – August 31, 1886) was
a Western pioneer, Mormon missionary, and diplomat to various Native
American tribes of the Southwest and Great Basin. He aided European-
American settlement of large areas of southern Utah and northern Arizona,
where he was seen as an honest broker between Mormon settlers and the
Natives. He is sometimes referred to as the "Buckskin Apostle," or the
"Apostle to the Lamanites." In 1958, he was inducted into the Hall of Great
Jacob Hamblin Westerners of the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum.

John Henry "Doc" Holliday (August 14, 1851 – November 8, 1887) was
an American gambler, gunfighter, and dentist. A close friend and associate
of lawman Wyatt Earp, Holliday is best known for his role in the events
leading up to and following the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral. He developed a
reputation as having killed more than a dozen men, but modern researchers
have concluded that Holliday killed only one to three men. Holliday's colorful
Doc Holliday life and character have been depicted in many books and portrayed by well-
known actors in numerous movies and television series.

Samuel Houston (March 2, 1793 – July 26, 1863) was an American soldier and
politician. An important leader of the Texas Revolution, Houston served as
the first and third president of the Republic of Texas, and was one of the first
two individuals to represent Texas in the United States Senate. He also served
as the sixth governor of Tennessee and the seventh governor of Texas, the
only American to be elected governor of two different states in the United
Sam Houston States.
