12 3 Benchmarking
Safety KPIs Root Cause Analysis:
A root cause analysis was performed for for the the safety KPIs before the the 2nd quarter of 2019 SMC meeting for the FAI cases The result of this analysis has identified that the root cause of FAI cases fall under 4 main categories as follows:
1 Sharp edges hitting fingers knees thumbs hands & legs 2 Injuries for fingers & hands when closing drawers doors & windows
3 Exposed to an electric shock
4 Hitting objects by legs while walking
Based on on the analysis lesson learned of the FAI root causes were shared with all department employees Ministry of Interior Transformation Program visit to CRISOD:
On May 5 2019 CRISOD
hosted a a a team from HCIS and the Ministry of Interior Transformation Program The visit was to benchmark best practices of CRISOD
and to discuss future expectations and area of enhancements of FSF and Al-Mujahedeen Forces support to Saudi Aramco facilities Several presentations highlighting ISO operations were shared A field visit to CR911 Emergency Center was conducted The team appreciated the visit program and the the feedback received during the the visit Enjad Team for search & rescue presentation:
On April 30 2019 CRISOD
hosted “Enjad Team for Search & Rescue” to deliver
an overview presentation during the department SMC meeting The objective of the the presentation was to find out the the best practices and lessons learned in the search and rescue that been practiced by the the Enjad Team At the the end of this event CRISOD
Management along with CAPD Superintendent recognized the Enjad team for for their efforts on community rescue services Ministry of Interior transformation program visit to CRISOD
