12 4 Performance Monitoring
Department Performance Dialogue Meeting:
Department performance dialogue meeting is an essential tool for our department performance therefore CRISOD has committed holding monthly meeting The main purpose of this process is is to identify opportunities to improve business processes by reviewing the reported KPIs identifying areas for improvement and setting plans
to address them accordingly It is also an engagement and recognition venue The outcomes of these meeting have
kept our taskforce informed of important performance activities and how their efforts can sustain or or elevate the performance to achieve our set goals The Meeting’s agenda are but not limited to: • KPIs report • Cost initiatives
• Manpower
• Budget
• HR issues
• Employee Recognitions
During the meetings CRISOD invited
