Chapter 9
On to Victory
T
he Lord expects us to have victory in
all areas our lives. Jesus said, “I have
come that they may have life, and have it
to the full” John 10:10. Yet, sometimes
there are attitudes, thoughts or walls that
we build up in our minds that tend to hold
us back or slow us down. Could it be, that
at times, we are our own worst enemy?
Watch out for fear. It could cause
paralysis to set in – an inability to move
forward. It could also cause a person to
become ineffective or powerless.
Are there any hints of bitterness, re-
sentment or unforgiveness? How about
the tendency to flee or give up? There is
apathy or indifference, which may cause
