Carol was appointed Strategy Director in October 2018.
She joined Azucarera in 2010 as shift manager and moved to Central Office as Operations Controller in 2013. Afterwards, she transferred to Commercial roles related to Commercial Controlling and Demand Planning, before transferring to AB Sugar in 2016 as Market Analyst and Commodity Hedging Manager later on.
