Fakihi joined Kilombero Sugar Company in 2013 as a Management Accountant. In 2014 he was appointed as Finance Manager for Illovo Distillers Tanzania and in 2016 was promoted to Finance Manager in Kilombero Sugar Company until 2018 when he was appointed as Finance Head.
Before Joining Kilombero Sugar Company he worked as a Financial Accountant in andBeyond Tanzania Limited a subsidiary Company of andBeyond Group.
