Victoria started her career at Lloyds TSB, working in commercial strategy, branch management and international trade finance in London, Bristol and New York.
She joined Boston Consulting Group in 2007, first in London, then in South-East Asia, where she carried out strategic projects in diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, publishing, shipping, the World Food Programme and consumer packaging. During this time she also completed her MBA at INSEAD in Singapore.

Deciding to return to the commercial world, she joined ABF in the AB Agri strategy team in 2012, working on business unit strategic direction and planning.
In 2014 she took the role of MD of Aunir,
AB Agri’s NIR (Near InfraRed) business which carries out quality assurance and analysis for feed and food across ABF and external companies. Her focus was on increasing the commerciality of the business, and on building the team in terms of both capabilities and number, while launching the

In 2016 she returned to AB Agri centre, and joined the Board with full responsibility for the Group’s strategy and M&A activities.
Victoria joined AB Sugar as MD of Germains in 2018.
She is married with two very energetic young boys, and spends most of her time outside work trying to keep up with them.
