Lu joined Botian Sugar Mill Zhangbei factory after his graduation at 1997, firstly as an Operator, and had successive promotions from Vice Head of Sugar House, Head
of Sugar House to Safety Manager in the following years.
He was formally appointed Regional Safety Manager in 2011, Operation Division Head of Botian Sugar Mill Yian factory in 2013.

In 2015 he moved to Chayouqianqi factory as Agriculture Division Head, and in 2016 prompted to Executive Deputy General Manager of the factory where he is to date.
Lu has experience in the key areas of the sugar mill such as safety, operations and agriculture, accumulating comprehensive skills, knowledge and background on factory management.
