Oswald, a Zimbabwean national is the Country Managing Director of Ubombo Sugar Limited, the Eswatini subsidiary of Illovo Sugar Africa. He holds a Masters degree in Irrigation Engineering from the University of Southampton in the UK and an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland in Australia.

Since joining the sugar industry in 1998, he has held middle and senior management positions culminating in his appointment as MD of Ubombo Sugar in September 2013. From 2009 to 2012, he worked for the
World Bank Group in Nairobi where he was responsible for investments in Agribusiness in East and Southern Africa.
Among other roles, Oswald serves on the boards of the Eswatini Agricultural and Water Development Enterprise (ESWADE) and Business Eswatini.
