7. Complaints and Appeals

In accordance with Article 12 of the Arrangements for implementing the Regulations for the European
Baccalaureate, an administrative appeal may be lodged with the Chairman of the Baccalaureate
Examining Board. The appeal may only concern a procedural irregularity.
Under Article 12.2. of the same Arrangements it is 20
stated that: “A complaint or an appeal may only 16
concern a procedural irregularity. A procedural 15 14
irregularity occurs in the event of non-compliance 10 10 9
with the provisions concerning the European 5
Baccalaureate adopted by the Board of Governors 5
and the Board of Inspectors (Secondary)”.
