Contractor Guidelines
Lift Storage‐Lifts can be stored overnight in the far
corner of Parking Lot (Entrance 9)
Use of Dumpsters‐Contractors are permitted to
use dumpsters for general debris.
Coordination for Installation‐Any on site inquiries
or issues can be directed to Bryant. Contractor to
notify KP Management to coordinate partitions
required for install.
Materials Storage‐Storage of materials is
prohibited due to lack of space. A trailer has been
approved to park in the rear of Parking Lot
(Entrance 9) at your own risk.
Electric Access – There are transformers in
hallways which may serve to charge lifts.
Parking – Technicians will receive a parking permit
from King Plow Management Office.
