Facilities

Responsible for representation of the Facilities function on the Team which may include but, not limited to
planning the Key Facilities, Co-ordination with building owners and co-ordination with local Emergency
Service/Public Health Ofcials.

Pre-Response Phase
Understand the requirements of the Disaster Response Team and support its implementation.

Communications

Responsible for representation of the communication function on the team which may include but, is not
limited to Media Relations, Stakeholders, and Response Partner's communications.

Pre-Response Phase
Understand the requirements of the Disaster Response Team and support its implementation.

Logistic

The Role of Logistic Co-ordination is to provide critical co-ordination support (including the provision of
supplies) to the team.

Pre-Response Phase
Understand the requirements of the Disaster Response Team and support its implementation. Prepare list of
critical supply vendors such as Tents and Shelter Equipment, Warehousing, etc.

Security

Responsible for representation of Security functions on the Team to include Physical Security for facilities and
access control for facilities.
