Crater Training Academy Foundation (CTAF) is early in our existence
and is underway embarking on a new way to fund quality and top tier education

Celebrating their 40 Anniversary in 2015 the, Crater Criminal Justice
Sergeant Phillip Blaschick Training Academy, CCJTA, founded in 1975 is one of ten regional criminal
CCJTA Driving Instructor justice academies established by the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Academy
Virginia Division of Capitol Police is a full-service law enforcement academy for forty-eight different Federal, State
and Local entities. They provide in-depth training programs for member and

Correctional Officer/ Courtroom Security/Civil Process Training, Basic
CTAF Board Member Dispatcher/Communications Officer Training as well as Basic Animal Control

Keynote Speaker Officers, Dispatchers, Supervisors, and Managers.

The Academy campus is located in Prince George, VA featuring state
of the art classrooms, practical training areas and office space for
Engagement of our Business Ms. Renee Chapline administration. The 124 acre complex features a practical training house, a
Partners CTAF Board Member and firearms range and a “multi-purpose” training building which can accommodate
President & CEO-Virginia’s a variety of scenarios for realistic Law Enforcement and Jail training. Crater
Gateway Region Criminal Justice Training Academy is the Academy of record and home for
training for over 1800 certified Federal, State and Local Officers and Law
Enforcement personnel.
