Among the welding services available through Omnidex
are gas tungsten arc welding, gas metal arc welding,

which is particularly suited to aluminium alloys.

Laser cutting offers a high-quality cut and
narrow kerf and can be used to cut aluminium,
plain steel, stainless steel and spring steel.

Plasma cutting is perfect for working on steel
and non-ferrous materials that are under
254mm thick and its benefits include high
levels of speed and accuracy.

A far more simple process is CNC punching
which forces a tool through a work piece to
create a hole. Likewise, stamping simply
presses a flat sheet of metal into the desired
shape.
