Hello Ladies, and maybe a few gentlemen! I am so happy that you decided to purchase
this book! Regardless if it was for sheer enjoyment, or that you are looking for more self-help
guidance I’m sure you will find what you’re looking for within these pages. There are so many
situations that we find ourselves stuck in that maybe we shouldn’t be. Some of us do not know
when exactly we should let go of a situation. Listen, listen, listen I know that there have been

be real with yourself and release whatever or whoever that is holding you back or keeping you
