Girl, Move The F*ck On!
school. She prayed on it and took the chance and applied. Tammy got a call a few days
later telling her that they wanted her to come in for an interview. She got some
interview pointers online and practiced day in and day out until the interview day came.
Tammy went in with her confidence high, killed the interview, and to her amazement
she got the job!
When she first started there, she was told that the job was very fast paced and
that projects would only get accomplished if everyone pulls their own weight. Tammy
was told that Weighman gave out performance bonuses at the end of the year
depending on performance of projects. She was thrilled with the starting pay because it
would help her with the bills that were starting to pile up, plus the bonus would come in
just in time for Christmas. Tammy’s first day was good, although no one really talked to
her. She was ok with the lack of greetings and social interactions because she assumed
that everyone was busy with their own work, she soon came to realize that was not the
case.
Tammy went from being ecstatic to be employed to having a job that she
HATED! Everyday Tammy would get up when the world was still sleeping to get her son
ready for school and to mentally prepare herself to go to a job that she loathed. Tammy
despised her job more and more every day. As soon as she clocked-in dread and aguish
would run through her as she began to count down the hours until the work day was
over. She hated her supervisor Leon and basically all of her coworkers.
