Shipping and Handling Policies
As a specialty wholesaler exclusive to members of the industry, we are closed to the general public. New users will be requested to demonstrate proof of their connection to the industry and may be denied access to the site, or purchasing certain items without such proof.
Prices & Payments
All prices are subject to change due to possible supplier price change or fluctuation in currency exchange. In case of a significant increase, we will notify you prior to shipping.
NSF cheques will be subject to a $25 service charge.
Taxes
Prices do not include GST, PST, or HST. Appropriate taxes will be added to orders.
For the USA and international orders, duties, taxes, VAT, and applicable import fees are not included in the delivery cost. These fees are determined by customs authorities according to the destination country, value and class of goods, and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These costs will be billed to you by the carrier upon determination.
Shipping
Lightweight items such as skin care, makeup, nail care, etc., ship FREE across Canada for orders over $300.00. For orders below $300.00, a flat fee of $14.99 will be applied.
For the Toronto GTA only, orders including furniture, will have a total shipping cost applied as below:
Small furniture = $25 flat rate
Medium furniture = $60 flat rate
Large to Extra large furniture = $125 flat rate
For orders for the rest of Canada, including furniture, esthetic equipment, or any other ‘non-standard product’, our customer service will be in touch to discuss the shipping rates.
Orders for the United States have custom shipping rates. Our customer service will contact you to discuss shipping costs.
If an item in your order goes out of stock after your order has been placed, the out of stock item will be cancelled from your order. All in stock items in your order will be shipped, and cancelled items will be shown on your invoice. If the initial order you placed qualified for free shipping but part of your order was cancelled by Natali Products, the order will still ship for free. If you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock, please view the product’s page on our website and select “Subscribe for Back in Stock Alert”.
Heavy and/or large items such as furniture, equipment, liquid by the gallon, disposable products in cases as well as wax and paraffin products will be charged according to the quotation provided by the shipping company.
Please note, flammable liquids are not available for shipment outside of the Greater Toronto Area. Your order may be adjusted accordingly.
Please inform our customer service department with specific information regarding your business hours and preference of delivery point (e.g., front or back door) so that we may accommodate you better.
Large/bulky orders by couriers or truck are delivered to the entrance door of the building only. If you require product orders such as furniture and equipment to be delivered inside the premises,
please consult our customer service department for a shipping quote as it may be subject to an extra fee.
COD (Cash on Delivery) charge is $10.00. COD orders can be paid by cash only.
Receiving
If the order is delivered by courier and no one is available to receive the package, an “attempted delivery notice” is left behind. Second attempt deliveries are only provided for business locations (not including residential areas). If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful,
the package will be left at the nearest courier terminal or convenient location and the customer will be responsible for picking it up themselves.
Products leaving our warehouse are subject to 2 inspections before being shipped.
Please check the number of boxes and note any damages before signing for the product. Inform the driver of any damages. Keep original cartons and packaging in the instance where claims need to be made. Please carefully inspect the shipment and products upon their arrival. Missing or damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receiving them.
