Julie Furry They got him from a breeder in Cincinnati. I didn't even
know they sold them unfixed, I thought they had to be fixed.

Hilary Branson There are two big breeders in the US, Marshall Farms
(where most of the PetCo ferrets come from) and Path Valley Farms.
Neither sell unneutered males. Are they planning on breeding him or GROUP CONVERSATIONS
are they getting him neutered? Sometimes people postpone neutering
the ferrets because it's apparently better for them (although the girls Create New Group
will die if they go into ferret-heat or whatever it's called).

Julie Furry No they are planning on neutering him but the breeder said
they had to wait until he was one year old (so in May). I don't know
what breeder they got him from I asked and they said "he came from a
breeder in Cincinnati." I checked when I got home any other small
breeders seen to neuter their babies.
