TWO PALE GREEN JADE CARVINGS OF
GOURDS
19th century
The first, carved from a very even pale stone
as a cluster of three gourds hanging from a
leafy branch; the second, carved from a semi-
translucent stone with russet inclusions as a
group of three gourds and a bat.
The first, 4.5cm (2 3/4in) high; the second
5.5cm (2 1/8in) high (2).
