in lions' heads.
This was part of the loot at the Summer Palace in i860, and was formerly in
the Wniett Collection.
37. LARGE WIDE MOUTHED JAR IN CLOISONNE ENAMEL, with turquoise ground.
14 inches high. Ming period.
38. TRUMPET-SHAPED TEMPLE VASE IN CLOISONNE ENAMEL. 18^ inches high.
It is interesting to compare the shape of this vase with the much earlier vase in
bronze, No. 863, lent by G. Eumorfopoulos, Esq. (plate ii.)
39. SMALL CLOISONNE ENAMEL BOWL, on three feet. Also from the Summer Palace.
40. OBLONG MING BRONZE FLOWER POT, with panels of cloisonne enamel on the
sides.
