XUGU (1823/4-1896) AND WU CHANGSHUO (1844-1927) 19th century Shanghai School, and underscore the tight personal
Rock and Bamboo, 1887 and professional connections.
Round fan leaf, mounted for framing, ink and color on silk, signed by
Wu Changshuo and Xugu, dated dinghai, with one seal reading Wu
Changshuo yi shou chang.
