straight spout mounted with pale celadon jade, the ‘C’ scroll handle     Relief-moulded to the exterior with lobed rim and overlapping leaves
further mounted with jade, the flat cover surmounted by a cylindrical    resembling a spreading head of cabbage, the vertical lines denoting
jade knop, the exterior incised with a landscape scene and a poem.       the texture of the vegetable accentuated by gilding, the interior
8.5cm (3 3/8in) high (2).                                                turquoise-glazed.
