TWO FAHUA FIGURES OF SEATED OFFICIALS
MING DYNASTY, 16TH-17TH CENTURY

明十六/十七世紀 琺花官員坐像一組兩件

Each bearded fgure is shown seated on a throne wearing long layered robes. One is modelled with his
right hand holding his court belt while the left rests on his thigh, and the other has both hands held up to
his chest. Both fgures glazed in aubergine and turquoise.
