A LARGE UNDERGLAZE-BLUE AND SLIP-
DECORATED CELADON-GLAZED VASE
19TH CENTURY
The body is decorated in underglaze blue over
a white slip with dragons amidst lingzhi scroll
between ruyi-head borders, and below a band
of upright plantain leaves on the neck which is
fanked by two lingzhi-form handles, all on a pale
bluish-green-glazed ground.
