A FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN ‘MAGPIE AND PRUNUS’ SNUFF

JINGDEZHEN KILNS, 1780-1820
The domed, cylindrical body is decorated all over with magpies
perched in fowering prunus branches bearing pink or white
blossoms.

A CARVED SILHOUETTE AGATE SNUFF BOTTLE
OFFICIAL SCHOOL, 1770-1850
The bottle is a pale honey tone and carved on one side utilizing
darker inclusions with a mythical feline on a rock with two bats
above and one below.
