his dish is carved, stamped, and inlaid with decorations
                                                                  Tunder buncheong glaze. A band of repeating “V”-shaped
                                                                  patterns appears just below the lip. A wide register of radiat-
                                                                  ing lines follow, encircling another thin, undecorated band
                                                                  with a stamped chrysanthemum flower in the center. Five
                                                                  spur marks surround the central medallion. The outside of
                                                                  the bowl is brushed with white slip. The base inside the foot-
                                                                  rim is glazed.


               46.                                                Like cat. 45, this dish was fired in a stack along with other
               Dish                                               dishes, separated with clay pads. The collector’s parents and
               15th century, Joseon                               grandparents used this dish for serving diced radish kimchi
               TL results: fired between 300 & 600 years ago      (Kr: kkakdugi).
