雖然畫作無紀年,但本作品應創作於1980年代中晚期。彼時周綠雲正
從喪夫之痛中恢復,她將自己的家改造為畫室,全身心沉浸到繪畫創
作中。也正是在這個時期,受禪畫影響,她在濕宣紙上潑墨,將自創
的“激霰畫”轉變成“激霰皴”,這種圓形的畫面構成包含無數個細
小的墨點,成為周綠雲藝術生涯一以貫之的特點。
