grasping lingzhi and flanking a shou emblem.

TWO PALE GREEN JADE CARVINGS
18th/19th century
Comprising: a pale green jade bi carved to
the front with a writhing wingless dragon, the
reverse with archaistic C-scrolls and ruyi-
head motifs; and a pale green and russet
jade cicada, the head detailed with archaistic
c-scrolls, all mounted in yellow metal. The bi:
5.7cm (2 1/4in) diam. (2).
