A FINE GILT-DECORATED PAINTED LACQUER LOW TABLE, KANG
17TH-18TH CENTURY
The rectangular brown lacquered table is painted in gilt to the top and to the shaped aprons with a
continuous design of lotus heads on scrolling, leafy stems. The edges of the table are further embellished
with a border of classic scroll border above a pierced waist.
