A FAMILLE VERTE BISCUIT-ENAMELLED VASE, CONG
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The body is raised on a short foot ring and finely moulded to each side with
a vertical elongated panel between horizontal flanges depicting the Eight
Trigrams, bagua. The shoulder is decorated with four chilong enamelled in
tones of aubergine, yellow and blue, all against a leiwen ground.
