A SMALL DINGYAO ‘LOTUS’ BOWL
Northern Song Dynasty
Finely potted with thin deep rounded sides rising from a short straight
foot, the interior carved with a single lotus flower spray amidst scrolling
foliage, all covered with a creamy ivory-white glaze.
