Porcelain decorated with famille verte enamels on the biscuit
Height: 14.5 cm; length: 15.5 cm
A ewer modelled in the form of a horse emerging from It is painted in green, yellow and aubergine-purple
incised curling waves. It was moulded in two halves in enamels, with touches of black. A small, oval opening
thick porcelain, the horse with his front legs and head on the back of the horse is used to fill the ewer with
projecting forwards. The biscuit body is partially liquid, while the curved tail serves as the handle and
covered with a thin layer of transparent glaze except the open mouth as the spout.
