Phil Stoll found his place in the livestock advertising
world very early in life. He joined the staff of the
Weekly Livestock Reporter in 1976 and today is the
general manager and owner.
Stoll’s first role with the Fort Worth, TX based publication
was that of field representative. He became general
manager in 1994 and inherited the Weekly Livestock
Reporter from owner Rosemary Gouldy in Decem-
ber of 2002.
Phil was raised in southwest Oklahoma and was 1974
graduate of Oklahoma State University (OSU), where
he was a member of the livestock judging team.
He is also the chairman of the Fort Worth Livestock
Exposition Commercial Female Sale and oversees
the group’s scholarship program to young people
involved in agriculture.
