About Us


         The Vi Group is an emerging, dynamic organization of developers, innovators, and multi-disciplinary
         experienced leaders, with ventures in various industries such as real estate, retails, hospitality, fintech, and
         more. The group envisions a world of innovation through a sustainable and resilient business
         ecosystem.

         The Vi Group Corporation emerged from a shared vision to synergize the leaders of today’s generation. It
         all started in 2013, when CEO Ar. Kaydee Marie Velasco, UAP, CBP founded her first architectural design
         firm, which in 2016 became the fast-growing property development company KMVAsia Development
         Corporation. This laid the groundwork for The Vi Group of Companies.
