KPMG Uganda team visited their KFFL
project at Kitukutwe primary school on
30 April 2018 to assess the project’s
progress, especially after the inaugural
visit in October 2017. The team also
monitored Newspaper in Education
(NiE) project whick KFFL partnered with
The Daily monitor to supply newspaper
every week to the school.

Staff were amazed by the impact of
KFFL project in such a short time.
The pupils are now able to read and
write better. In fact, some of them
have written articles which have been
published at the children’s corner of the
Daily Monitor Newspaper!
