425 Bread of heaven, on thee I
        feed,                                                   Verse 5
        Verse 1                                                 O blessed hope! With this elate,
                                                                Let not our hearts be desolate,
        Bread of heaven, on thee I feed, For thy flesh is       But, strong in faith, in patience wait
        meat indeed:                                            Until he come. 5/5
        Ever may my soul be fed                                 HOME

        With this true and living bread; day by day with        427 Come, Thou everlasting
        strength supplied through the life of him who           spirit,

        To thy Cross I look and live: Thou my life, O let       True recorder of his passion,
        me be rooted, grafted, built on thee!                   Now the living faith impart,

        Verse 1                                                 Come, Thou witness of his dying;
                                                                Come, remembrancer divine,
        By Christ redeemed, in Christ restored,                 Let us feel Thy power, applying
        We keep the memory adored,                              Christ to every soul, and mine.   3/3

        Verse 2                                                 428 I am not worthy, holy Lord
        His body, broken in our stead,                          Verse 1
        Is here in this memorial bread,                         I am not worthy, holy Lord,   that Thou shouldst
        And so our feeble love is fed                           come to me; speak but the word :
        Until he come. 2/5                                      one gracious word can set the sinner free. 1/4

        The drops of his dread agony,                           I am not worthy; cold and bare  the lodging of
        His life-blood shed for us, we see;                     my soul; how canst Thou deign to enter there?
        The wine shall tell the mystery                         Lord, speak, and make me whole. 2/4

        Verse 4                                                 I am not worthy; yet, my God,  how can I say
        And thus that dark betrayal night                       thee nay,  thee, who didst give Thy flesh,  and
