With regard to the management of changes within the Ratti Group, in the case of individual changes (change
of department or duties not requested
by the employee) no predefined times are set for implementing the change. With regard to additional workload requests (such as overtime or flexibility),
given the nature of the request notice periods are minimal, and for overtime may be just 24 hours.
