Allied/Raceline Wheels CSR

Customer relations is the process and manner by which a business develops, establishes, and maintains relation-
ships with its customers. Businesses rise and fall through the support of their customer bases. Consequently, it is
absolutely essential that you develop effective customer relations.
We at Allied Wheel Components offer not only products but a service to help sell the product offerings.
Importance of knowing what our customers are looking for is essential to our growth. Remember when they are
contacting us they are expecting us to know the answers.
We need to be able to answer any questions that come in either phone, email or in person.
The following are keys/aids in helping you be professional in the way you answer customers.
        1. Asking customers name and where they are calling from (write it down) makes you more comfortable
               and knowledgeable to customer.
        2. Ask for the Year, Make and Model of vehicle.
        3. Stock or modified.
        4. Are they looking to PLUS SIZE or keep stock tires size? See examples below.

A proper Plus Size will account for the additional wheel diameter by decreasing the sidewall of the tire. The result
is little or ideally no increase in overall combined diameter. Maintaining the proper load capacity must also be
        considered.

Here is a very broad overview of the most common Plus Sizing scenarios.
Plus Zero - Increase the section width while maintaining or decreasing the aspect ratio. The wheel size stays the
same so you will not have to purchase new wheels.

Plus One - Increase the section width, in an increment of 10, while decreasing aspect ratio. You will also increase
the wheel size by one inch. The result is approximately 1/2" less sidewall on the tire while maintaining a very
similar overall diameter. This keeps the speedometer, odometer and other systems that monitor wheel/tire rota-
        tion rates functioning normally.

Plus Two, Plus Three, etc. - In each of these cases an additional inch of wheel is added while decreasing sidewall
height on the tire. Vehicle design will limit the maximum wheel size.
